REVERSE AND CURE TOOTH DECAY WITH THESE TRICKS IN JUST FIVE STEPS WITHOUT GOING TO THE DENTIST

Caries is a condition in which a tooth or a tooth bone becomes decayed and crumbles. It can occur out of several reasons and poor hygiene is the main factor. According to doctors E. Mellanby, W. Price, and R. Nagel, there are 4 main factors involved in the formation of cavities.

These factors are lack of dietary minerals like calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, lack of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, high consumption of foods full of phytic acid, and high consumption of processed sugar.

Luckily, there are several natural methods which can help you deal with cavities. Some of them are the following:

Exclude sugar

If you want to avoid frequent visits to the dentist and still have healthy teeth, you need to avoid or lower the intake of sugar as much as possible. This is because sugar feeds bacteria in the oral cavity, thus, disrupts the normal displacement of dental fluids and creates acidity.

Proper diet

In order to prevent and reverse tooth decay, you need to intake more vitamins and minerals through your daily meals. For example, green leafy veggies and healthy fats like coconuts or avocados. Also, you should include more seeds and nuts. Combining these foods will help you become caries-free.

Oil pulling

For centuries, this technique has been used as a method for oral detoxification. Hence, you will need to put a tbsp of coconut oil in your mouth and hold it for 20 minutes. Then, spit it out. First, do this for 2 to 3 minutes, and then increase gradually until you reach 20 minutes. Additionally, if you want to protect your teeth’s health, you should treat various conditions like gingivitis or headaches.

Homemade toothpaste

You can also contribute in the prevention of your teeth’s health by making your own toothpaste. You will need to mix 3 tbsp of diatomaceous earth food grade, ¼ teaspoon of baking soda, ¼ teaspoon of peppermint flavored chlorophyll, and ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract. Use the mixture as your toothpaste regularly.

Flossing
Take 18 inches of floss; wind most of it on your middle finger on one hand and the rest on the middle finger of your other hand. Hold the floss tightly between the index finger and the thumb. Then, pass with the floss gently between your teeth, moving it back and forth slowly. Bend the floss at the base of each tooth. Once you finish with one tooth, continue on to the next one.
